Beatphonik Dance Crew are looking for colourful personalities both male and female dancers of all skill levels who have a natural ability to perform and engage the audience.

Beatphonik provides intense professional training in a crew environment that cannot be replicated in the studios. Versatility, strong spirits and flexible availibilities are highly regarded.

Auditions dates & times:

Wednesday October 21st
7:30pm (registration)
8:00pm (class / learn routine)
9:30pm (acutal audition)

Thursday October 22nd (callbacks only)
8:00pm - 9:30pm

Venue: Unitd Styles Dance Studio, Cnr Chapel St & Brighton Rd, St Kilda East.

Please note that the part of the audition will take place during regular class hours amongst casual students.

Cost: $15 (regular class price)

What we are looking for in general:

Male and female dancers aged 17 and above (we accept younger applicants if they have an advanced skill level for their age)

Personality and colour, please have something exciting to offer in your persona!

A true 'PERFORMER' with a natural ability to entertain and engage the audience.

Must be versatile and able to adapt to any style of dance. If you think that you have trouble with choreography or are not of an advanced level, we still encourage you to audition as we are also looking for dancers who show potential to grow.

Dancers who think they will still be dancing when they are 50 years old!

Strong character, positive attitudes, works hard and well under pressure. Not for the meek or the faint-hearted!
"The show must go on" mentality.
Acrobatic skills and specialists in the various styles of hip-hop highly sought after (breaking, popping, locking, nu-skool, nu-jack etc).

Independence - Ability to travel to and from rehearsals and availability to rehearse late nights during the week from 9pm till late (rehearsals mainly at Unitd Styles).

Last but not least, well presented, mannered sociable people and willingness to contribute

Please fill out the online registration form as best you can. You will also be asked to fill out a form on the day.
